How to take your measurements
- For your chest, measure around the torso. Place the measuring tape just under your breasts/pecs and wrap it around your back.
- For your bicep, measure around the widest part of your upper arm.
- For your waist, measure around your torso starting at the navel.
- For your forearm, measure around the fullest part below your elbows.
- For your wrist, measure around the smallest point of the wrist just below your wrist bone.
- For your hips, measure around the fullest part of the body at the top of the legs while standing.
- For your thigh, measure around the fullest part of your upper leg while standing.
Tips for Taking ‘Before and After’ Photos:
