1. How do I know I am getting enough or not too much?

Upper-limit guard is built in through the Formula Assistant (FA). As you are adding your servings, FA will help make sure you are not getting too much in your cocktail. Additionally, the dynamic Daily Intake bars can help you target your formula to your needs by letting you see your formula and its nutritional value change in real time.
2. How many servings are optimal when I create my Custom Cocktail?

The maximum servings are 10 capfuls per cocktail. While this number is ideal and the basis for the Formula Assistant, some people still like to split their Isotonix® Custom Cocktail into an morning/AM serving and an afternoon/PM serving so they can add in other Isotonix products that are not currently available through Custom Cocktail. Additionally, for individuals that prefer smaller cocktails, they may choose to take some in the AM and some in the PM.
3. Can I get a Custom Cocktail without sugar?

No, an essential component to the isotonic delivery system is the nutrient transport potential made possible by carbohydrates. Glucose and fructose are critical in the balancing of an isotonic solution. If you utilize all 10 capfuls in any variation of Custom Cocktail formulas with the help of the Formula Assistant you will have between 12 and 19 grams of carbohydrates. The average Custom Cocktail has 10 grams of carbohydrates.
4. What are specialty cocktails?

Specialty cocktails are hand-selected cocktails created by our science and physician team. They come in a number of different formulations to support various areas of health like Anti-Aging, Bone and Joint, Energy, Heart Health, and Weight Control.*
5. Can I return my Custom Cocktail if I do not want it any longer?

No, Isotonix Custom Cocktail is a custom product and is nonrefundable
6. How long will it take to receive my Isotonix Custom Cocktail?

Custom Cocktail takes one to two weeks to be delivered from its individual order date.
