Together with chromium picolinate, chromium arginate helps to support cardiovascular health by helping to maintain normal insulin sensitivity. It also helps maintain healthy blood sugar and cholesterol levels, preserve lean muscle mass and control sugar cravings.*

Although I do not exercise regularly, I do watch what I eat and maintain a healthy diet. That being said, this is fantastic for losing weight! I have not changed anything else and three people I have not seen in a long time have all commented on my weight loss! I have not even checked the scale, but my clothes fit more loosely and my figure looks slimmer in the mirror :D. I just wanted to control my blood sugar and appetite with this product and now as a bonus, I've lost weight! I love it :).
