Key Ingredients Found in Torch™ After-Burn: Whey Protein Whey protein is a naturally complete protein, meaning that it contains all of the essential amino acids required in the daily diet. It has the ideal combination of amino acids to help improve body composition and enhance athletic performance. Recently I began a 2-3 times/week cardio-exercise program to break a plateau that I've been stopped at for many months. I use the Torch Program (Pre-Burn, Hydrate, & After-Burn) on the days of these new activity days. I've found increased energy levels produce a net result of weight loss over the 8 weeks of usage. I stray a bit from the directions by mixing in Almond Milk rather than water. I occasionally add a small scoop of lite vanilla ice cream and mix as a milk shake. Next time I order I'll try the chocolate flavor. I'll continue to purchase this product.
