I discovered clear shield, a product from market america. I was literly rolling in it. It was tight quarters and R30 is 8" to 10" thick insulation. It was a warm day, all I had on was a t-shirt and of couse pants. I rubbed the clear shield on all exposed skin and had no itching. Works great for machanics, beauty shops,landscapers and for anyone that needs protection for their skin.
