Damaged Product

While we make every effort to secure all packages, sometimes merchandise can be damaged during shipping. Merchandise damaged during shipping must be reported to us within 24 hours of receipt. You must contact us during normal business hours, 8:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. EST, at (352) 688-8391.

DO NOT DISCARD DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS. We may require that the damaged or defective item(s) be returned to our company for inspection. Our customer service representative will arrange for the damaged product to be returned to, if nececssary, and will ship a replacement to you at no charge.

Product Returns for Credit

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it in its original condition within 10 days. Returns for credit must be made within 10 days of receiving your order. You must contact us during normal business hours, 8:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. EST, at (352) 688-8391.

In order to receive a full refund, the product must be 100% complete, in re-saleable condition, unopened and unused, with all original packaging intact. Product that has been opened or used CANNOT be accepted for return. If the product is returned opened or damaged, no credit will be issued.

The original shipping costs of the returned item are nonrefundable and will be deducted from your refund.
If you are returning an unopened item for refund, we will process and issue the refund within 7-10 business days of receiving a valid return. Refunds will be made to the credit card originally charged.
